I saw the Esprit commercial on the Daily Show last night. Actually, I was watching it on TIVO and flipped thru the commercials but for some reason I backed it up and was blown away. I said to myself what is this great music, I never heard it before. I kept replaying it over and over. It makes a terrific commercial for the place (Im not in the market for an apartment). So I went to their website got their phone number and after a few transfers I was emailed your webaddress. So now I come to the real important part of this email.....Where's the rest of that song? I LOVE IT!!! I downloaded a few of your clips, I especially like the slow ones. Hey, have you thought about doing some with a Latin edge? So tell me man, how can I get the rest of that song????? The Coach House Gig
Last night I played at the Coach House for a good cause..Toys for Tots. Had a blast playing with The New FBI. Tonight I fired up my studio and wrote this 6 minute guitar solo in 2.5 hours called "Xmas Break 09"...
House of Blues

Last Concert was East Whittier, Hope i get better
I've been looking forward to seeing you play since your last jam session (east whittier rain dance!). I was about 3'11" and had Ken Anderson standing in front of me the whole time! So got a reservation right up front this time... now i'll be able to see you! Hope ken ain't there. I'm a lil taller now just in case.

I just did an instrumental version of Josie by Steely Dan. Check the "recent uploads" or "cover" sections. Let me know what you think as the guitar melody is one take and I didn't do the horns.

Great music... I can sense various moods in your songs. Very glad to see that you never gave up music. Thanks again for playing (with Evidence) at my going away party in the summer of 1981. I think I still have the original flier in my Cal Hi yearbook. Oh, and the site, very nice continuity and feel.

The Fires
Though I have yet to visit my Ranch in Pauma Valley, CA, my neighbor, Bill Harville, is a hero as he stayed and protected our property (and his and others) from the raging fires. Others were not so lucky in San Diego. Our prayers and wishes for those that weren't so lucky.
New Tunes "Live"
I created a new section titled "Live Band Music". Check it out for recordings of me playing with the best group of musicians I've ever played with, the "Mike Johnson & Friends" (I'm a friend?!!). I'll be posting more so stay "tuned". Tony
